A visitor to a church once asked a famous preacher why his preaching was so effective and powerful and why his church was always so full.  The preacher took his visitor to the basement of the church and showed him lots of people praying.  There is power in prayer!!
 

We have monthly prayer meetings, on the first Friday morning of every month in the church. Everyone is welcome.

There are several missionaries who have gone from the church to other countries or perhaps have trained in England and returned home.  So we also meet every month on a Tuesday evening (on zoom) to pray for, or with, the missionaries we support, both in the UK and over the world. If you are unable to attend the prayer meetings, we do have a summary of the prayer points that can be available for you to use to pray at home.
